Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service at support@luxzii.com with your order details.
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Policy
- We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@luxzii.com. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-4 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@luxzii.com.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
